Do I need finished artwork?
No. Send your logo, a reference or an explanation of the idea. If you have a vector file such as AI, EPS or SVG, include it. We’ll review what you have and discuss any artwork preparation or design work needed.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Share your quantity, even if it’s a small run, and we’ll explain the options that make sense.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on product availability, artwork approval and the production involved. Tell us your deadline at the start. We’ll confirm what’s achievable before proceeding.
Can you help me choose products and materials?
Yes. Tell us how the item will be used, your quantity and your budget. We’ll help narrow down garments, decoration methods or sign materials that suit the project.
